With over 20 years experience in the staffing industry, prior to working with Certified Staffing Specialists, Kelli was a successful executive for several local and international staffing firms. Her expertise extends beyond the staffing industry where she has an active understanding of current labor laws and Human Resources Policies. Ms. Hall has a keen understanding of client relations, marketing, customer service and finance. She is involved in numerous local organizations and graduated with a BS in Human Resources from Indiana University.
Jay Shimotake – Bilingual Japanese Recruiter (consultant of YS Business solutions)
Jay partnered with Certified Staffing Specialists Inc. with over 26 years in the banking industry, including 7 years dedicated to staffing and recruiting. Jay has worked extensively with large multi-national client companies and is fluent in English and Japanese. Jay is adept in understanding the needs of multi-cultural clients.
As a native of Yokohama, Japan, Jay understands the Japanese culture and the unique traditions that are a vital part of companies who do business in Japan or owned by professionals of Japanese descent.
